Founded in 1959 as Bob Moore Fleet and Leasing, the auto dealership-affiliated company was one of the first vehicle leasing firms in the Midwest.

David Anderson, President, joined the company in 1969 after spending eight years in the banking industry.  In 1970, the name was changed to Dealers Leasing signaling the move to an independent, non-dealer affiliated company, representing all brands of vehicles.   Greg Wright, Executive Vice President & General Manager, joined the firm in 1977.  Company ownership changed over the years with Anderson gaining full control in 1995.   

Business Equipment Leasing was added as an additional service in 1986.  David Urban, Senior Vice President, joined the company in 1990 followed by Rick Heimerman, Vice President, in 1999.  David’s responsibilities include new business development while Rick serves as credit and equipment lease portfolio manager.

Gary Sawyer and Buck Cates, both Senior Account Managers, have years of experience working with clients and vendors to provide them with lease/financing solutions.   Our support staff is also dedicated to accurate and timely service to our sales staff, clients and vendors to insure the best possible lease/financing experience.  

Dealers Leasing provides its services to clients and vendors in over 30 states specializing in Open-End (TRAC) Fleet Vehicle Leases, including over the road tractors and trailers, and lease/financing for almost any kind of business equipment.  We continue to fulfill our mission of:  PROVIDING OUR CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS WITH EXCEPTIONAL LEASING SERVICES, FAIRLY PRICED FOR ALL TYPES OF BUSINESS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT.
